REFUND AND RETURN POLICY


On All Prodigy Performance Products

All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), freight prepaid. Prodigy Performance will not accept any COD or Freight Collect Returns. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Call 855-TurboJeep to get an RGA# prior to attempting to return any product. You will need a copy of the original invoice for the product. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All discontinued, damaged, or special order items are not returnable. NO refunds will be given for discontinued, damaged, or special order items. All returns must be in “like new” condition to receive a refund. Any refund, credit, or deduction from outstanding amounts due will be made only after inspection and approval by Prodigy Performance. All returns must be requested within 30 business days from the original purchase date or date product was received. All RGA requests must be accompanied with a reason for return.
