JEEP WRANGLER BOOST KIT UPGRADE | PRO-1002

The best just got better. Here is the complete Stage 3 upgrade package with everything you need to crank up the power even further on your 3.8L JK. This will raise the boost level from 8lbs to 12lbs and give you an additional 75rwhp and 60lbft of torque. We are still exploring the limitations of the 3.8L engine. Our in house turbo Jeep now his this setup for over 60,000 miles. We found the first area that needed attention was the factory head bolts. These are typically weak and do not provide the necessary clamping force to sustain the turbo Jeep at high boost levels. We had ARP custom make a set of head studs that would not stretch under high cylinder pressures. Then we needed to make sure proper fuel delivery was being achieved. We found the best way to make sure the fuel pressure did not fall off was to add a boost pump. This is an electric device that cranks up the supply voltage to the fuel pump to 17V. Finally we changed the wastegate spring, strapped it to the dyno and wrote a full custom tune to recalibrate the computer for the new power level of our turbo Jeep. The 12psi upgrade can be installed in a few hours and it comes with a new tune that you load to your Diablosport Intune from anywhere in the world via email. *This upgrade is only available for the manual transmission.
